Participants have strong English skills and are looking to gain valuable work experience all while getting the chance to be fully immersed in American culture and life.

INTERNSHIP & TRAINING

Is your business looking for skilled university graduates to fill more specialized roles at your company? Bring diversity to your business through the Internship and Trainee Program, which typically last between 12 to 18 months. Our interns and trainees are highly-motivated, growing young professionals who bring new energy and productivity into the workplace.

RECRUITING & HIRING PROCESS

Placement Process

Our team is trained to guide you throughout the entire process with your applicants:​​

  • Step 1 - We’ll have a brief Zoom meeting or phone call to get to know you and understand your specific business/staffing needs. We’ll take notes, publish language level and skill requirements for your positions and publish them for either or Work and Travel or Intern and Trainee candidate pool.

  • Step 2 - We evaluate, interview, and assess our candidate pool to find candidates who our placement experts have determined will be a good fit for a roll in your company.

  • Step 3 - We organize the interview the candidates, whether in-person or virtual. All selections are left to you!

  • Step 4 - We coordinate and work on all the documentation for applicants so that they can apply for the J1 seasonal work Visa.

  • Step 5 - We guide all applicants in the purchase of their air flights and we send you the information of their air flights so that you know the date on which they will arrive in your city · 

  • Step 6 - We provide ongoing support for any questions you may have throughout the duration of our partnership.
